MINIATURES

These are our little guys!  They may be small but they have HUGE hearts.  They are for fun for the most part because our kids love them and can handle them.  We got away from having mini's for a little while, but we are slowly getting back into them, and hopefully going to start showing them locally this year.  We have one mare that we have had for many years and was the first mini we ever owned.  She is from DELL TERRA, and if you know anything about mini's then you definitely know about JC Williams (RIP) and the outstanding miniatures he produced.  Many, many champions came from that farm and we bought our mare "Spirit" right out of his barn.

PEDIGREE

1999 Sorrel Pinto

Spirit is just the "cream of the crop".  I don't know where to begin about her.  She was the first miniature we ever owned.  We bought her from Dell Terra in South Carolina when she was just 6 months old.  She was the first horse my kids ever rode.  She used to sit in our lap when she was young and she is 100% spoiled rotten!  Spirit is just an over grown lap baby!  She is full bred Dell Terra all the way and I think she would be the last horse I ever get rid of, if I get rid of her at all.

2003 Black & White Pinto
Homozygous Mare In Foal

Cookie is one of our newest additions.  She is double registered and the best thing about her is that she is HOMOZYGOUS for the paint gene, which means no matter what she is bred to she will always have a paint foal!  She is in foal to black and white pinto stallion for a 2007 foal and we can't wait!  She is very gentle and easy to handle.  Cookie likes to have the back of her ears rubbed, she practically falls asleep while you are rubbing her.

This little guy is our last horse of the 2007 season.  He is going to shed out to be gray and white.  Baby Boy is out of our mini mare Cookie and a stallion we used to own that is sorrel and white named Herbie.  He is an awesome little thing and we love him to death.
